Our Return Policy
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
How the return process works

Reach out via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2.We review your request
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether it qualifies under our return policy.
3.Send the item back
Once approved, we will guide you on how to ship the item back. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4.Refund processed
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
We do not process returns through the website. Please contact us directly using one of the options below.
